Time to move on

This was a demonstration piece I did at the watercolor society workshop, they liked it the best of all the things I showed them I believe. It is 22 x 28" on hot press matted.
This fan dancer is one I am doing on canvas,
30 x 20" .  It is a project that it is to be a triptych.  It is far from finished but thought I would post for comments?

Well I for one am anxious to see the triptych. Of course it will be beautiful.

Your watercolor demo piece is DONE!!! leave her now. She's wonderful, very evocative.

I love both of these. The triptych piece is elegant.

re: fan dancer...the pose is stiff.
I would expect a fan dancer to show more movement or energy or spirit, something along those lines. or even a bit risque...this girl, pretty as she is, is none of those things. a great idea for a painting - in a different pose.
