Our model Lexi

one of my favorite models, Lexi is back.  She had a baby and is just now coming back to work.  She is a yoga instructor so no one can hold a pose like Lexi..

20x20" on canvas

This is a piece I have done after the workshop with Maureen Brouillette, will keep on trying, but it was fun to try something different.  I also used an image that was sold right away (the ballet dancer) and was fun to work with it again.

A break in routine

I attended a workshop (2 day) in Dallas.  It was a workshop with Maureen Brouillette, a wonderful collage artist that I have always wanted to meet.  These are the 3 pieces I did in the class, as I have said before, I am attempting to do more work on canvas and will use these pieces as a start.  I am anxious to do one on canvas.

A beautiful new model

We had a beautiful new model named Arianna at the Watercolor Society last week.  I did this piece on a gold gesso ground.  Think it enhances her skin color.  Am hoping to get her for our model session up here in the Woodlands.
