a new example

I start  teaching a four week class in Conroe this week.  As most of my work is in Austin at Dragonfly Gallery , I have been trying to get some things together to use as examples ....this one I actually started in Austin as a demo.  Don't know if it is finished, but time is running out.  This model was a belly dancer, so I went expecting to see skin and she was the most dressed among us.  You never know what to expect.  Just like artwork.

I am very excited about this piece with the rich color pallet and depth of texture! It reminds me of the really fun and colorful work you were doing when I first met you and fell in love with your work. Love it!
