I took this to critique yesterday and this was given a heads up.  So will probably attempt to do more.

I have done alot of drawing this week...I really would like to do a painting from my photos of ballet dancers.  After being so ill, my energy level is low.  I am definetly going to get busy on a painting, even if it means skipping a model session.  I also have a workshop to teach next week, which means I need to get it together.  I will.

Put this piece up at the Woodlands Market Street Gallery....now I think it needs some work...maybe they will let me take it out and bring it back?  I'll try.

I had an opportunity to paint Mary Mary, a local talented artist ....did not use any collage on this piece.  Tomorrow , May 15 I am doing a demonstration at the
Watercolor Society Houston, will definetly do some collage.  I am teaching a class there the 3rd, 4th and 5th of June, need to entice students to sign  up.

Am working on the ballarinas as I would like to have a series of them for the show in Austin in September.  We'll see if I make my goal.  My workshop in the Woodlands  end of  May is full.

New Pigeons

This is the first pigeon painting I have done since being ill.  I have so many ideas for more I'll never get thru them.
